Return/refund policy

 

No refunds on Custom headlight builds/orders. Only repair or fix. -we send progress pictures in most builds to make sure everything is going as planned. Absolutely no refunds on custom services.

Merchandise purchased in store are refundable 30 days after purchase if unused. Customers are responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

 

Please check your locals laws before completing purchase. This includes vehicle yearly inspections. We are not responsible for law violations. Some products/modifications  performed are intended for show cars/off road vehicles.

 

 

Warranty

Unlike some custom headlight businesses, we stand by our work and offer warranty. Sometimes parts go bad so we offer 6 months warranty on all modifications and including headlight seal. Customers are responsible for return shipping for all warranty claims.

Components that are still under manufacture warranty but outside of our 6 months warranty will have a labor charge if headlights are required to be sent in for service/repair.

 

We are not responsible for installation/removal costs during warranty claims.
